As many of you have requested, we are pleased to introduce a new feature that will notify you via email when a user completes their registration for our services. This feature will apply to the following services:
Moving forward, all company administrators will receive email notifications for both completed and rejected user registrations.
Important note: If your organisation has multiple administrators, all admins will receive these notifications.
Upon completion or rejection of a user's registration, all administrators will receive an email notification. The email will include the user’s name, the service they registered for, and a link to their SSP profile. From the profile, administrators can download the PDF metadata report. In the case of rejection, the report will include the reason, allowing administrators to assist the user in resolving any issues.
All company admins as they will receive these email notifications.
These notifications are designed to improve efficiency by keeping you updated on user progress in real-time. This eliminates the need to rely on user confirmation or manually check the portal for identity verification status.
If the user agrees to leave a review, they will be redirected to the eHerkenning review tool.

We have made improvements to the email notification that users receive when any changes are made to the registration. please review the updates content below:
We have introduced a new review screen that users will encounter before completing their eHerkenning registration. Please take a moment to review the updated screens below:
1, Review Screen Added: Before finalising registration, users will now be prompted to provide feedback using a rating system.
2, Two Action Flows Based on User Selection:
Rating of 0 to 6: Users selecting a rating between 0 and 6 will be directed to a specific screen after submitting their feedback.

Rating of 7 or Higher: Users selecting 7 or higher will enter a different flow:
After submitting their rating, users will be redirected to a screen asking them to leave a review on the official eHerkenning website.

If the user agrees to leave a review, they will be redirected to the eHerkenning review tool.

We’ve resolved an issue that caused errors when certain country codes were used in the Digidentity URL. Previously, this would trigger an error message and prevent users from continuing unless they switched back to English.
With this update, users can now select different country settings in the platform URL without any interruptions.
We’ve implemented a fix for the translation issues affecting invoices:
Some Dutch invoices were displaying English text, and vice versa. This has now been corrected.
Additionally, Dutch invoices were missing the contact_email field, which has now been added.
Both Dutch and English invoices will now display the correct translations, ensuring consistency and accuracy moving forward.
The payment for eHerkenning Level 4 Remote takes place during registration. You can pay with a credit card or via iDEAL. Although payment is processed at this stage, the subscription will only commence once registration is fully completed.
If you upgrade your eHerkenning Level 3 subscription to an eHerkenning Level 4 Remote subscription during the term, the remaining days on your current subscription will be deducted.
The remaining cost after this deduction will be charged during registration for eHerkenning Level 4 Remote if you are:
Whether you pay immediately or afterwards depends on whether your company has appointed a company administrator within Digidentity.
If your company has already appointed a company administrator at Digidentity and you are not this administrator, the invoice will be sent via email to your company administrator.
