Application Updates

Updated User interface general Users:

References to "smart card" have been removed from the app. Users will now be asked to create a PIN code to secure their account instead of using a smart card.

SERMI Users

When the QR code is consumed, the user's desktop will now refresh.
Users will be informed that their SERMI Certificate has been activated and the contact details of the their CAB (Conformity Assessment Body) will be displayed.

Enhanced Security Features

Firebase App Check for Document Upload:
Additional security features have been put in place to ensures that requests originate from the authentic Digidentity app. Any devices that have been rooted will be stopped at the document upload stage and will be shown a Green Tiger error message.

Self Service Portal

Authorisation Restrictions:
A restriction will now prevent the possibility to create authorisation for users directly from the SSP. The "Create Authorisation" button has been renamed to ‘Create a new chain authorisation’.

Company Administrator Product

A description of "Company Administrator Manager" has now been added to the letter of authorisation to provide more information about this function.
A fix has been implemented to allow company administrators to create roles within the SSP.
